Fine Hotel with Minor Hiccup
friendly staff spacious room quality brand
The staff were very friendly and hospitable. My superior king room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were perfect as the hotel uses a good-quality brand. The breakfast buffet had amazing attention and service.
My room lacked slippers. I also noted that the drinking cups provided were very small, a minor inconvenience.

spacious room big bathroom great selection japanese restaurant
the room was very spacious. i found the bathroom big and it had a nice bath. i had breakfast every day and enjoyed a great selection of food. the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. a big plus was the excellent japanese restaurant located in the hotel.
I thought the ac wasn't working well. It was too cold, and it didn't switch to a warmer setting.

the hotel is conveniently close to a metro station. it is only a short five-minute walk. this makes accessing different parts of the city quite easy for both business and leisure travelers.

My room included a separate rainfall shower and a bathtub. The hotel had exceedingly friendly staff from the front desk to the concierge. I was impressed by the quick reactions to my requests. The hotel also had deep knowledge of places to go.
The pool closed early at 6 PM .
